The company may predetermine specific employee access and budget levels for the advisory service.
Employees without company budget approval for the advisory services can still use them through the company subscription, but will be billed individually.
First determine how many people in your company might use this guide. You may want to make it available to just the people you plan to send abroad, or you might want all employees to see the support for families just to entice them to consider it one day.
Each employee (and family) counts as a “user”:
- The company HR department issues the company code (which we give you) to any employee who wants to go to the site (this might be advertised in the company newsletter)
- Each employee chooses his own password or uses his company email address as his user name
- A message is automatically generated to HR to allow
-the GSGI to verify employment
-HR to enter advisory allowance for that employee
- Email automatically returns to the GSGI from HR with allowance or lack thereof
- GSGI email then goes to employee informing him of allowance, or inviting him to use GSGI advisory services using own credit card
- Each employee is then allowed access to the site, as well as to the GSGI editors
- the GSGI will keep a count of all your company’s passwords used annually (and will let you know if you need to step up your company’s subscription rate for the next year if you go over your estimated annual number of users in any given year).
