When the GSGI logs you on as a corporate subscriber, you will be granted one month’s free access to the GSGI website. At the end of this month, we will invoice you for the following year according to our standard fee scale as published on our website (or as separately agreed between us) at a level which represents your and our best estimates as to your likely level of usage; failure to make prompt payment will result in termination of access. At the end of your first year’s subscription we will adjust your subscription level to the one which offers you the best value for money at your actual level of usage, and will invoice you for the following year’s subscription plus or minus any adjustment for the first year. This pattern will be repeated in later years.
Subscriptions to the GSGI are paid into a separate client account with our bankers. One twelfth of each current subscription is credited to our current account on the last calendar day of each month.
When the GSGI logs you are on as a corporate subscriber, you will be provided with with a reference code which you may provide to those employees and associates whom you wish to benefit from access to the GSGI online, and which will allow them personal access at your expense.
If you allow any person other than employees in your human resources department with access to the GSGI online, whether by way of direct access or by way of printouts of information contained in the GSGI, you will account for such access to the GSGI when you come to agree your appropriate level of subscription.
The GSGI reserves the right to terminate your subscription at any time if it believes that these terms and conditions are being abused. You will be entitled to a refund of any unused part of your subscription.
You may terminate your subscription to the GSGI at any time. The GSGI will then be entitled only to the next monthly payment, and will refund to you any unused part of your subscription. If your usage of the GSGI has been substantially below the subscription level at which you have been charged, the GSGI will retrospectively adjust your subscription level to that most appropriate to your usage, and will additionally refund you part of the monthly payments which have already been taken.
